Hi, I am slowly starting to give my little ten month old some finger foods, and am a bit confused about what he can have. He seems to be coping quite well with apples cut into quarters and toast, the odd biscuit, but now what???
I don't remember my older two children (3 1/2 and 6) eating finger food until they were a lot older, but he seems to be grabbing at it, probably because the older ones are eating it.
I should add that he doesnt necesarily swallow the food - more just sucks on it and maybe swallows a few little nibbles. But I guess at this stage its just getting used to the whole feeding himself concept.
Not sure what happened to my memory between number two and number three - I don't seem to remember a thing when it comes to food, development milestones etc! Baby brain to the extreme!!
